How do I make a purchase ?

You can make purchases using the following:

You can also opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned in the Item Description Page (where you can zoom and see the details of each item). It may differ from one item to another. Here is an explanation of delivery estimates :

Within 3-5 days :

For all key metros (Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Calcultta) & the warehouse the product is being shipped from, the delivery time will be 3-5 business days.

Within 5-7 days :

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers & the warehouse the product is being shipped from, the delivery time will be 5-7 business days.

Within 10-15 days :

For other areas, orders will be sent by Speed Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 10-15 business days depending on the location.

Business days exclude public holidays, national holidays and sundays.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All items are delivered through reputed courier partners - who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.

Beware of fraud/imposter calls

Some of our customers have reported getting random phone calls from imposters who call on behalf of Team and ask for cash amount to be deposited in bank account for heavy discounts/gold coins/air tickets/event participation etc. We want to caution our customers that by no means these calls are from us and we will never demand such favors from our customers. These calls are by possible pranksters/imposters and we request our customers to share their details with us at the earliest. Please do not entertain them.
